I make unique, traditionally forged knives to order, including Kitchen and Chef’s knives, Bushcraft, Hunting and Camp knives. If you are a professional chef, or a keen home cook, I can design and make a knife to your exact specifications, including blade shape or style, hidden or full tang and handle material. Likewise, if you are a keen bushcrafter, hunter or weekend camper, I can design and make a knife that will stand up to the toughest punishment, in the worst conditions and will continue to perform as your most essential outdoor tool for a lifetime.
All my knives are made using top quality, high carbon steel and sustainably sourced exotic and local wood, including apple wood which comes from an organic farm in North Antrim. Each knife is hand forged at Trackside Forge, among the Cooley Hills in County Louth, close to the beautiful, historic seaside town of Carlingford.
