Cook’s Knife with Ash Handle

This medium size cook’s knife (7 inch blade) is hand crafted from 1095 carbon steel and is finished with an Irish Ash handle and single mosaic pin. The blade is finished with feature hand forging marks, which have been kept to contrast and compliment the colour and grain of the wood in the handle.

This is a beautifully balanced knife that feels great in the hand and is perfect for general kitchen use. The edge has been sharpened and polished to a very high degree, so is ready to be put to work.
